Been going to the Pinecrest store since it’s opening. Att first I had 2 very good professionals but the last 2 visits were nightmares. I made the mistake of taking my 2 sons the weekend before school started and didn’t have time to correct the damages. One was ok at best, the other cut was so bad I actually consider holding him from opening day. I will never return as this place must hire in training. Called to leave courtesy feedback but I’m sure it fell on deaf ears. Horrible cuts and environment.
