I try to always get the mvp so I bought their 3pack season ticket and it saves me $5 each time! u can't beat that deal. My kids and I love this place and my son loves the mvp too. Relaxinf and refreshing

I am a transfer from the London Square shop, which was always impeccably managed and impeccably represented by the team of stylists working there. My particular stylist, Tatiana, was one of the stylists who moved to the new location at Colonial Palms Plaza. Today was my first experience at her new location and it was very good, as always. As always, due to the professionalism and skills displayed by Tatiana. One of the characteristics I appreciate most about Tatiana, is that she listens!!! We discussed ho wI wanted her to cut my hair, which was a bit different than for previously cuts, and she nailed it. She listened to me and showed that she didn't just hear me, but listened to me. The cut was just as I wanted it. Unfortunately, the customer reviews are all over the board, which is an indicator of inconsistent performance/satisfaction of customer expectations. If you read them, you will see that one name consistently is mentioned. Make up your own mind. Abraham Lincoln once quipped that "You can please all of the people some of the time. Some of the people all of the time. But, not all of the people all of the time" and so it goes. Take it for what it's worth. All I know is that two of the stylists that moved to CPP when the London Square shop closed, i.e., Tatiana and Marilyn, are both excellent professionals who put customer service and a quality cut first and foremost. I will, of course, be returning. My personal preference is the MVP, which I always refer to as the VIP (incorrectly, and it is a very pleasant experience. One other thing. I'm a retired USAF veteran and Sports Clips extends the courtesy of a military discount. 20% if not mistaken. The normal charge is $24, my charge was $19.20...so thank you Sports Cips for your consideration.
